• If you are in the USA, Canada, Europe & other countries, a 3 week window might be the current turnaround.

There was a charge at time of delivery/at the post office on the package. Why?

• If you are ordering for delivery from outside of the UK, there is a chance your home country will charge you import fees. These are generally collected on delivery and have nothing to do with our business. We are in no way responsible for unexpected fees or charges.
